If you are enrolling your child for Preschool there is a separate Preschool Application Form.
It is recommended that should you wish your child to continue into Kindergarten that you complete the
School Application Form at the same time.The application forms can be printed by you
(alternatively contact us and we can send one to you) and should be returned with the $90.00
application fee for school enrolments and a $50 application fee for preschool enrolments.
On receipt of the Application the name of the student will be added to waiting lists for the requested
entry levels and your application will be acknowledged by the Registrar.
As places become available, the Registrar will contact parents to arrange an interview with the Principal.
The interview can be followed by a tour of the campus.
A copy of your child's latest report is requested. Places in our school are offered following interview and
subsequently confirmed in writing by the Registrar. Upon accepting a place at Hunter Valley Grammar School,
you will be required to pay the enrolment fee.
