Applications

To enrol your child at Hunter Valley Grammar School (Kinder - Year 12) you are required to complete the Application Form. Please complete the form and send it to the Registrar. The Application Form can be downloaded here or you may request a hardcopy prospectus which will also include an application form.

To lodge an application, there is a lodgement fee of $90 per child.

Students on the waiting list are contacted when vacancies become available. An interview is then arranged with the Principal. When an enrolment is offered, a refundable Bond is payable, to confirm the enrolment.

If you are enrolling your child for Preschool there is a separate Preschool Application Form. It is recommended that should you wish your child to continue into Kindergarten that you complete the School Application Form at the same time.
