To assist parents with sports information a Sport Hotline has been established. A voice mail will be updated each day at 12.30pm with any changes to our published training schedule eg wet weather arrangements, change of venue etc. This hotline will also be used to inform parents if a sporting team will return later then the scheduled time from a sporting event.
Wet weather/Cancellation of training procedures  
For all cocurricula teams training will continue no matter what the weather unless 24 hours notice has been given by the coach. If the weather becomes inclement during the day the coach or Teacher in Charge will look after the students until the scheduled finish time. Parents are to call the Sport Hotline to confirm arrangements. Our office staff will direct you to the Hotline of you call the office.
