The Uniform Shop is located on the ground floor of the Cameron Centre. It can either be accessed from Norfolk Street or South Seas Drive. The Uniform Shop stocks both new and good condition second hand uniforms.
OPEN TERM TIME
Prior to a change of seasonal uniform the Uniform Shop may extend its hours. This will be posted online and in the School's newsletter.
Summer Uniform is worn from Term 1 until the Monday after Mother’s Day.
Winter Uniform is worn from Monday after Mothers Day until the Monday after Father’s Day in September.
SHOP ONLINE WITH MasterCard Qkr (Quicker)
Once you have set up your MasterCard Quicker Qkr account you can shop online. You can download the Qkr App on your Android phone or iPhone. This allows you to make a uniform order and pay directly from your phone. Your order will be processed and ready for collection by your child or parent from lunchtime on our opening days.

The Uniform Shop accepts eftpos, personal cheques, credit cards and MyStudent Cards.
The second hand clothing pool is staffed by volunteer parents. A new roster is compiled at the beginning of each year but new volunteers are needed regularly. Mothers may volunteer on whatever basis suits them - weekly, fortnightly, or monthly and hours of work are flexible.

P & F Clothing Pool To Sell Second Hand Uniforms
Recycle your good quality uniform pieces via Clothing Pool. We accept uniform items as our stock permits. Please do not place any HVGS uniform in 2nd hand outlets within our community. If in doubt we will be happy to assist with unwanted uniform pieces. Clothing Pool reserves the right to not accept uniform which does not comply with school standards or when our inventory is fully stocked. Unless indicated on the label unaccepted items will not be returned.
The uniform Shop does not accept boys or girls white shirts or any garment with the old crest.
Conditions of Sale
All items are to be current school uniform and purchased from the school uniform shop.
All items must be washed or dry cleaned including back packs and sport bags. Please leave tag and plastic on dry cleaned items.All items must not be faded, discoloured ,stained, marked ,torn or worn-out.
Tunics and skirts with minimal incomplete stitching on pleats and items, missing buttons will be accepted but sold at a lesser price. Skirts that have been shortened past the acceptable hem line will not be accepted.
Names must be removed /blacked out.
Hats, bathers, socks and tights will NOT be accepted (Department of Health Regulations).
We are not accepting the old sport shorts or sport shirt, nor old style track pants and top. The house shirts are still being accepted.
Items can be left at reception any time or at the clothing pool Tuesday and Thursday 9am-4pm.
We sell items at 60% of new price.
Owners receive 60% of SALE price. P& F receive 40% of sale price.
Cheques are sent to the name, surname and address on label (make sure your name is on there, if you want the money -not your child’s).
We aim to make payments monthly during the school year. It would be appreciated if you could present your cheque as soon as possible in order to help with the book work as the clothing pool is run by volunteers.
All uniforms must be labelled or else they will be considered a donation to the P and F. Please label with the following information. Requested items will be returned to students via the tutor group or Mrs Robyn Kephart (Junior School).

PLEASE NOTE: No clothing will be lent to any students.
